Basic information

Camping Bled is located in Zaka, near Lake Bled (150 m), and has been in operation since 1950. The location of Camping Bled is perfect for walking, jogging or cycling along the lake, hiking, excursions in the surroundings or just enjoying the beach in front of the campsite and rowing on the lake.

Campsite accepts the Avtokampi Camping Card, which will make the camping more affordable. The discounts are listed below.

Campsite Bled is enabling their guests to choose among camping on arranged camping pitches, camp on part that is not divided into pitches, rental of mobile homes and glamping wooden huts - forest villas.

NEW - improved camper care service, new children's playground at the campsite reception, new premium pitches in the upper part of the campsite, free wifi throughout the campsite.

The advantages of the Camping Bled are its idyllic location in a beautiful natural environment in the immediate vicinity of the lake and the short distance from the centre of Bled (2 km). It is a quiet campsite where lovers of beautiful nature, hiking and cycling can enjoy.

Camping Bled is one of the best campsites in Slovenia and offers camping on 250 well-groomed pitches and a small ungroomed area in the upper part of the campsite, where tents are allowed.

Premium pitches are also available, equipped with electricity, water and drainage, some with a kitchenette already on the pitch.

Camping Bled also offers mobile homes and glamping wooden houses - forest villas - for rent, with hot tubs and a separate house with a sauna in addition to the houses.

There are five sanitary facilities at the campsite, adapted for children and people with disabilities, and private bathrooms are also available. There is a camper service station at reception and a dog shower.

Camping Bled is suitable for active holidaymakers, who can go hiking around the lake or in the surrounding hills or on a cycling trip, as well as for families with children and those who want peace and quiet and beautiful nature. There is a beach by the lake, sun loungers, boat hire, SUP boards, a refurbished café and a restaurant nearby. There is a shop 50 metres from the campsite, and bread and bakery products are sold every morning.

There is a playground with trampolines, table tennis and beach volleyball, bicycles are available for hire and there is a fitness centre at reception. Guests at Camping Bled get a special discount at the Živa Wellness Centre in Bled.

Mobile homes description

Rental of mobile homes in Camping Bled - in season 2015 new wooden mobile homes with larger windows that fit perfectly into natural environment, have been added. They are large enough to host 4+1 person.

Mobile home has two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one with bunk beds), kitchen with living room (and extra bed), bathroom and terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped (cooking plate, fridge, micro-wave, coffee machine, dishes). It is as well possible to get baby bed and high feeding chair.

Dogs are now allowed in mobile homes.

Glamping

Glamping description

Glamping in Camping Bled - Camp is offering wooden glamping houses for two adults known as Forest Villas- Romantic dinner or breakfast can be ordered in picnic basket that is delivered to the doorstep of your glamping villa.

Wooden houses are meant for two persons (and possibly additional smaller children). it is as well possible to order breakfast or/and dinner that is delivered to you in a picnic basket.


Wooden houses have large bed and back wall made from glass for nice view. Heating system is provided, so you can enjoy them in cooler days as well. Private bathrooms are available next to villas as well as private wooden tubs with hot water, placed next to the huts. As part of the glamping settlement there is also a sauna for complete relaxing experience.

Dogs are not allowed to stay in wooden glamping huts.

    A definite plus point is the very friendly staff, who answered every question without compromise. The location is absolutely fantastic, with a restaurant and supermarket right at the camp entrance. The price may be a bit more expensive than other campsites, but it's completely justified for the location and service!
