Basic information

Campsite Plana - Pivka is a new small camp near Pivka (3km) and the tourist more famous Postojna (9km). It is a camp that operates within the back-horse ridding center where Bar 66 has been opened. Campsite is run by a young team and you will definitely stay longer than just one night.

The location of the Plana campsite is just next to the main road connecting Postojna and Rijeka, and only 6 km from the Ljubljana - Koper motorway, which is excellent information for all tourists on the way to Croatian Istria and Kvarner. Campsite has meadow arranged for campers with tents and also camping places arranged with sand, great for parking caravans and campers. Electric and wifi connections are available.

Within the campsite there is a nice and modern sanitary facility, as well as a shared kitchen, where all the necessary appliances are available - cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.

Food and drinks will also be provided at their Bar 66, where they also prepare snacks. The nearest restaurant is in Pivka or Prestranka (2km), as well as a larger shop.

The camp has a playground for volleyball and basketball, you can rent a bike, while children will be happy to play in a children's playground.

The surrounding area of the Plana and Pivka Camp offers guests the possibility of hiking and cycling. For families with children,there are some easier hiking paths in the vicinity of the camp, and for experienced hikers, they are near the Nanos hills (1,262m), Sneznik (1,796m), Javorniki (600-1,200m) and Sv. Three (1,106m). The guests will surely visit the Postojna Cave, the Predjama Castle and the Military History Park of Pivka. We also recommend visiting natural sites, for example. Brewing Lake Breweries, Rakov Skocjan and Cerknica Lake.

Adrenaline lovers can visit the adrenaline park near Postojna Cave and on the same day organize the observation of bears, wolves and lynxes in nearby forests.

Odlično urejen kamp. Sanitarije so nove in čiste. Lep razgled na okoliška polja in hribe. Lepo urejen gostinski objekt v katerem kot material kraljuje les. Osebje je zelo prijazno. Zmerna cena za ponujeno kvaliteto. Močno prevladujejo tuji gostje. Na voljo je nekaj igral za otroke in manjši bazen, ki zadošča za osvežitev.
