Camping Valalta has been selected as best naturist campsite in Europe! It was as well awarded with flattering title BestCamping 2014!
Valalta Naturist camp is located in Croatian town Rovinj has been before start of season 2014 awarded with two prestigious titles. On tourist fair in Utrecht camping Valalata has been awarded as best naturist campsite in Europe. Its competitors were all best campsites from Europe: Solaris from Croatian Porec, El Templo del Sol from Spain and Domaine de Belezy from France.
Second title that Valalta has been proud for was ADAC / ANWB BestCamping 2014. This award has been given only to 139 campsites around Europe that have been given 5 quality starts by German and Dutch camping inspectors. This is the highest European camping award and proof of quality, tidiness and successful operation of campsite on various areas.
Valalta – campsite and tourist complex along 5 km long beach
In Naturist campsite Valalta each guest will have no problems finding something interesting for him. This is tourist complex located 7km from beautiful town Rovinj, just next to natural wonderful Lim canal. Besides tidy camping pitches, campers can choose also among mobile homes, apartments and bungalows. All accommodation is stretched along 5km long diverse beach – it has sandy, stoned and concrete parts. All guests can enjoy free sun beds and parasols, Aqua Park with sea water and many bars/restaurants. Campsite has also its own marina for smaller boats as well as for larger yachts.
Campsite Valalta has around 2000 tidy pitches, among which more than 700 has electricity as well as water connection. Pitches are fenced with Mediterranean plants and most of them are also very well shaded. Most of sanitary facilities are renovated and modernized. Guests can also stay in one of 140 mobile homes that are fully furnished and have two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. For most demanding guests there are 450 nice apartments and bungalows available to rent.
Valalta animation team is responsible that all their guests are having fun all day long. Each day daily and evening animation for kids as well as adults is organized. Of course you can be very sport active as well and choose among tennis, basketball, football, volleyball, adventure mini golf, rental of bicycles, aerobics, yoga and dancing classes. Camp’s surrounding is beautiful and perfect for romantic walks by the sea.
There are no pitch reservations in camping Valalta
Naturist resort Valalta differs from other similar tourist complex by their services – all services in camp are under their supervision (they are not outsourced) and on the highest level. Shops, restaurants, bars, doctor, etc..everything is operating as it should. It is also very peaceful around campsite as the only motor vehicle that is allowed to drive through campsite are electric scooters.
It is not possible to reserve pitch for your holidays. It gives equal opportunity for best pitches to everyone, as most of camps promote years advance reservations and some best places are therefore always full. It also gives you freedom to stay as long as you want, without advanced thinking about your departure.
Dogs are not allowed in camp.
Gastronomic services are as good as in best hotels. Restaurant Saline was renovated last year and is proud of its innovative kitchen and comfortable terrace giving you chance for some unforgettable sunsets. There is also restaurant with typical and traditional Croatian specialties, pizza and pasta place, sea food restaurant and more. They even have their own, Valalta, beer!
What is new for this season?
Before opening for season 2014 some new pitches will be arranged, three sanitary buildings modernized and new swimming pools built! They will even have heated water, whirlpool and nice places for sunbathing.
