New catamaran connecting towns Rijeka and Zadar through islands Krk, Rab and Pag

Croatian islands are well connected to the mainland, however there is almost impossible to travel from island to island. If you, for example, want to reach island Pag from island Krk, using public transport, that means that you need to return to Rijeka on mainland and than with bus to island Pag.

Its been six years since ferry connections between Rijeka and Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik was cancelled. We are therefore very happy to hear that in season 2019 new catamaran G&V Line IADERA on route Rijeka - Krk (town on island Krk) - Lopar (island Rab) - Novalja (island Pag) - Zadar.

Catamaran will run every day from June 15th to September 15th. It can carry up to 180 persons and up to 20 bicycles at once.

From Rijeka catamaran will start it route in the morning at 8.15, from town Krk on island Krk at 9.20, from town Lopar on island Rab at 9.55, from Novalja on island Pag at 11.00 and reach Zadar at 12.15.

In the opposite direction, catamaran will run in the afternoon, leaving Zadar at 16.15, Novalja at 17.40, Lopar at 18.40, Krk at 19.20 and will reach Rijeka at 20.15.

Price for ticket for travel from Rijeka to Zadar for an adult person will cost 190 hrk (25€) and from Krk to Zadar 150 hrk (20€). All other prices can be found in the table below. Children up to 12 years old are entitled to 50% discount. It is possible to bring on a catamaran as well a bicycle, price is the same as for the adult person.
