Terme Tuhelj in Croatia have has a campsite Vita for many years, but was not in the main focus of its development. With renovation, that will be implemented in two phases, it will host campsite with 5 quality stars - as the most modern thermal campsite in Croatia.

Terme Tuhelj are located in Croatia, close to border with Slovenia and has been renovated in last years with modernized hotel and swimming pools that include water planet with nine adrenaline slides, swimming pool with waves, peaceful river and pool bar.

For the youngest visitors they have arranged Tuhi Land that includes water playground. They are also very proud of their wellness center with saunas and massages.

Guests of the campsite can use swimming pools free of charge (it is included in the camping price), while entrance to the wellness center needs to be paid additionally.

Renovation of the campsite Terme Tuhelj - new camping pitches, sanitary facilities and restaurant

This year camping Vita - Terme Tuhelj that is located in the vicinity of the outdoor swimming pools will go through larger renovation. First novelty is that campsite will be open all year long, camping pitches will be arranged in three zones.

20 arranged camping pitches that are located closest to the pools, will be equipped with electricity, water and sewage. These are as well equipped for winter camping as the supply stations will be heated.

In the other zone guests will be able to choose among 36 camping pitches with electricity and water, while the third part will have 30 camping places, mostly intended for campers with tents. At the modernized reception two camping pitches have been arranged for 'night guests' that are coming in the middle of the night. And will be able to spend the night by the reception, without disturbing the other camping guests.

By mid-June they are planning to finalize the arrangement of the pitches, new reception, children's playground, common barbecue place, camper supply station and dog shower.

It is anticipated that by the end of June the main building in the campsite will be finished, providing new sanitary facilities with children's facilities, family bathrooms, sanitary facilities for handicapped and laundry. In the second part, guests will be able to find large restaurant with bar and terrace, along with changing rooms for users of the swimming pool. New entrance to the pools will be arranged from the campsite itself.

New in season 2020

In the second part of the renovation that will be finalized by the summer in 2020, they plan to arrange additional 16 camping pitches for campers and caravans, new settlement of mobile homes with swimming pool, wellness zone and additional children's playground.
